CreatorFlow - Terms of Use

Subject to these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), CreatorFlow ("we", "us", and/or "our") provides access to the CreatorFlow workflow management platform (the "Service"). By using or accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the term "you" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Service.

By signing up for and using the services provided by CreatorFlow (referred to as the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. CreatorFlow owns and operates the Service.

CreatorFlow is a workflow management platform designed for content creators to organize their content, manage teams, track sponsors, and streamline their creative process. The Service is accessible at creatorflowapp.com and other related subdomains we control (the "Website").

3. Fair Use

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or activities that infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Service is available as a subscription-based offering.
• Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to their Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.

All intellectual property rights to the CreatorFlow platform, including its design, content, features, and functionality, belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
